Reviewing the Quinny Moodd

As I’ve mentioned before on the blog, last weekend Ivo and I visited the long-awaited Baby Show at London Olympia. We were the guests of Dorel UK , and they were kind enough to give me a brand new Quinny Moodd Pushchair to try out, as I explored round the show. The buggy was excellent. Ivo’s now quite a large six months, so he didn’t really need the cosy newborn insert, but he enjoyed its snuggliness, and even fell asleep for an hour – a miracle considering how much was going on around him. The Quinny Moodd handled really well – there were plenty of obstacles to manoeuvre, not least other distracted mums with their buggies! I’m new to Quinny, so I was really impressed with how easy it was to collapse the pram, and change the seat, so it faced in rather than out. Plus the chair reclines easily from sitting to lying down. Even the handle bar is easily adjustable. The most exciting thing is that it folds so neatly onto itself – it goes so small! Then, if you want to put it up again, you press a button, and it seamlessly unfolds, thanks to a unique gas spring. The dads will definitely enjoy that feature! All-in-all a great buggy – and super-stylish – I lost count of the number of mums-to-be who stopped me to ask what I was driving!

{I want this!} Quinny Moodd Pushchair in Natural Delight, £509
